Spanning approximately 4,000 plus hectares at Junction 44, the programme represents a total programme value of up to USD 50 billion and is being advanced by Zotus City Development Group through a formal institutional MoU framework and ongoing engagement with the Government of Botswana and relevant national, local, investment promotion and regional corridor stakeholders. Land, SEZ designation, licensing, incentives, financing and delivery arrangements remain subject to applicable approvals and final project documentation. Built in Botswana. Built for Africa.
