Zotus City is a flagship mixed use Special Economic Zone concept being advanced through structuring, technical preparation and investment mobilisation in Botswana, positioned along the Trans Kalahari Corridor.
The masterplan integrates industry, logistics, renewable energy, technology, financial services, commercial districts, residential communities and tourism infrastructure into one internationally connected destination.
The current official footprint is 20,507 hectares, comprising the combined city development and buffer area.
