Zotus City has reached another important milestone with the commencement of the land evaluation, consultation and assessment process in Ghanzi, Botswana.

Working alongside the Ghanzi Land Board and the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre, the Zotus City team has begun engagement with landowners within the proposed development area as part of the next stage of project development.

Zotus City Founder and CEO Davison Simango and Global Ambassador Emile Heskey are currently in Ghanzi participating in the consultations and meeting stakeholders on the ground.

The process forms an important part of progressing the proposed Zotus City Special Economic Zone, allowing the project team and relevant stakeholders to better understand existing land interests, local considerations and the requirements that will inform the next phase of development.

For Zotus City, meaningful engagement with landowners, communities and government stakeholders remains fundamental to the project’s approach.

The visit represents another significant step as Zotus City moves from planning and institutional engagement towards detailed development preparation on the ground.

The proposed Zotus City development in Ghanzi is envisioned as a major integrated economic hub incorporating renewable energy, logistics, infrastructure, technology, investment, tourism and wider economic development.

Further updates will be provided as the consultation and development process progresses.
