Zotus City Development Group has reached a significant milestone in the advancement of Zotus City following formal correspondence received from the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre on 16 February 2026 in relation to the allocation of more than 4,000 hectares at Junction 44 in Ghanzi District, Botswana.
The milestone represents an important step in the project's progression from strategic planning and institutional engagement toward the next phase of master planning, technical preparation and investment mobilisation.
Located along the Trans Kalahari Corridor, the site is intended to support the long term development of Zotus City as an integrated smart economic city bringing together industrial development, logistics, renewable energy, technology, commercial districts, residential communities and supporting infrastructure.
Zotus City Development Group continues to work with Botswana institutions, strategic advisers and international partners as the project advances toward its next stage of development and investor engagement.
