The engagement provided an opportunity to review the strategic location of the site, assess its long term development potential, and strengthen coordination with local and national stakeholders.

The project site at Junction 44 is central to the Zotus City vision. Positioned along the Trans Kalahari Corridor, it offers significant potential to support trade, logistics, infrastructure development, tourism, aviation, industrial activity, and new investment flows across Botswana and the wider region.
