    Zotus City to Unveil Global Vision at Pula Global Expo 2025

    Zotus City Development Group is set to make a landmark presentation at the Pula Global Expo 2025, unveiling its comprehensive vision for one of Africa's most ambitious urban development projects.

    The presentation will showcase the evolving Zotus City master planning vision, informed by international urban development experience and ongoing technical engagement. Detailed design appointments and delivery arrangements remain subject to finalisation.

    Key announcements at the Expo will include:

    Master Plan Reveal: The first comprehensive look at Zotus City's urban design, featuring smart city infrastructure, sustainable architecture, and innovative public spaces designed to foster community and commerce.

    Strategic Partnerships: Confirmation of the engagement of King & Spalding LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, to advise on the legal, regulatory, and investment framework for the project.

    Investment Framework: Details on how investors can participate in the planned Zotus City programme, including information on the proposed Special Economic Zone structure, potential fiscal incentives, and investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. SEZ designation, incentives, licensing and participation arrangements remain subject to applicable law, approvals and finalisation.

    Sustainability Commitments: Presentation of Zotus City's environmental strategy, including renewable energy targets, water conservation measures, and green building standards that are intended to support a sustainable urban development approach, subject to technical studies, approvals and delivery phasing.

    The initiative represents a USD 50 billion total programme value, advanced through a formal institutional MoU framework and ongoing engagement with the Government of Botswana and relevant national, local, investment promotion and regional corridor stakeholders, with delivery structured to proceed at no financial cost to the Government of Botswana.
